A very warm welcome to Barhale’s Graduate intake of 2022! Their first week and a half at Barhale has been a real success, with induction and service avoidance training as well as site visits across the regions, including to our ongoing Access for All Scheme at Finsbury Park.

We’re thrilled to have such an engaged group of young graduates on board and can’t wait to see how they grow and contribute to the business in the coming months and years!

The group are on an initial four week programme in the Walsall Office, before heading out to their respective regions to gain lots of experience on site. Their graduate programme will include rotations throughout all parts of the business, helping them gain a wide range of skills and learning.
