Barhale are delighted to announce that we have retained our Gold Investors in People accreditation.

We first joined Investors in People in 2017 and at each reaccreditation we have grown stronger. This year we scored strongly in living the values, structuring work and creating sustainable success. As a world-wide recognised accreditation where only 17% of over 50,000 companies achieve Gold, we are thrilled with this brilliant result for the second time running!

As part of the survey validation required, this year we evidenced our commitment to leadership and management development, mandatory operational training, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and our Graduate Programme. In addition, people were randomly selected by Investors in People for interview, as a deep dive into the areas of leading and inspiring people, living the values, empowering and involving people, managing performance, recognising and rewarding high performance, structuring work, building capability, delivering continuous improvement and creating sustainable success. We’re proud to announce that we scored highly in all these areas.

After such a rigorous process, we are delighted that the assessment has found us to be a company with a set of strong values that have a positive impact, clear, visible and trusted leadership and a great place to work where there is a commitment to continuous improvement and flexible learning routes.
