Barhale wins place on Southern Water non-infra framework
27th March 2023Southern Water has appointed Barhale to its Lot 1 framework for medium complexity non-infrastructure works.
The £200M contract runs for an initial term ending 31st March 2026 with an option to extend the agreement to the end of 2030 which would increase the value of works to £600M.
Under the framework, individual projects and programmes can exceed £10M value and will cover capital asset maintenance schemes; the support and delivery of new build installations; environmental improvement programmes; new build and planned asset improvements to pumping stations; water, wastewater and sludge process improvement works; mechanical, electrical and control works; and security (SEMD) works.
Work will take place across the whole of the Southern Water network including the Isle of Wight.
