We are very proud of the Finsbury Park Access for All (AFA) Scheme team who achieved the Highly Commended Award at last night’s National Rail Awards! We are really pleased the team were recognised in the Infrastructure Achievement of the Year category for their efforts in making the station accessible to all.

Thanks to the AFA project, Finsbury Park station was transformed through the installation of lift shafts and accessibility enhancements and new entrances, resulting in full step-free access, with no disruption to rail operations.

Well done to everyone involved in the project, including the Barhale project team, Network Rail and Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR)!
