Following a tough competition, the Barhale people have voted. Vasile Andras (Southern Region Operative) wins Barhale’s photography competition for January 2017 with his award winning photo of a winter’s day on site in Marlow. The picture perfectly depicts the wintery weather that the UK has been experiencing so far this year.
