We are very proud of Harriclea Bello (customer and stakeholder manager, southern region) who won the award for Outstanding Contribution to Customer Service at the recent Thames Water Supplier Awards.

Right from the start, on every project, Harri exhibits strong customer service skills. Going above and beyond, at contract award, she proactively and collaboratively plans with the wider project team, including key stakeholders before we mobilise on site. Throughout our projects, she then personalises the customer experience to suit individual needs and always encourages the project teams to support the local communities.
