Working as part of the Anglian Water @one Alliance, as our new Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll act as the commercial conscious to the integrated delivery team, providing commercial support to both the delivery management and on-site delivery teams.

communicate with those teams and Anglian Water’s Cost Intelligence team.
As Commercial Support, you will be a member of the Finance and Performance Team. The
main function of your role will be to support the effective receipt of goods and services across our strategic alliance, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures in respect of commercial activities.
As a Sub Agent, you will be responsible for the management of small-value civil engineering and construction sites or you will be assisting the Site Agent and Project Manager on larger value schemes, to achieve the required project delivery to the customer’s objectives while maintaining standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact and cost control.

The role involves ensuring the embedded alliance is provided with accurate cost and value reporting and forecasting to mitigate adverse financial impacts, providing effective cost capture ensuring all costs are allocated appropriately and leading the identification of cost reduction opportunities and providing support to help
stakeholders realise them.
The Project Manager is to deliver multiple ongoing projects, to the specified quality, the required programme and to the maximum commercial performance. The role also involves working closely with the Estimating Department, engineers, and surveyors to ensure that projects are completed in a safe manner, whilst ensuring customer requirements and expectations are always maintained or exceeded.
The purpose of this role is to provide site engineering duties to a number of projects within the region. The Site Engineer will establish the level and survey control for contracts and set out detailed works as per the contract drawings, ensuring that checks are made on a regular basis.
As our new Lead Civil Engineer, you will provide design support for numerous non-infrastructure schemes, ensure all designs are fit for purpose and meet current legislation and standards. You will be responsible for the checking and reviewing of civil design deliverables produced by other civil engineers in the @one Alliance to ensure the processes and procedures are followed as well as coaching and mentoring junior engineers irrespective of partner company.
This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders and assisting the multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure the project solution is providing the best value for business through being fit for purpose and completed on time, to budget, and to the correct quality. You will also collaborate with other stakeholders throughout the business to drive continuous developments in engineering, design, and innovation. In addition, you will be responsible for delivering your own projects as a civil engineer.
As our new Technical Manager, you’ll be responsible for CDM Principal Designer duties
whilst ensuring technical outputs meet the requirements of the Totex Delivery Process as
well as meeting project affordability within timescales agreed with the project team. As a
visible and hands-on leader, you’ll regularly provide technical support during assembly as
required.

As a Mobile Plant Fitter for BCS Group, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance and repair of company assets within our hire fleet. Based from home you will on a day-day basis be required to travel regularly to different locations servicing, maintaining and repairing all plant equipment within our range, providing onsite service to customers. This will include attending breakdowns, carrying out scheduled services, capturing machine damage and completing and keeping accurate, comprehensive equipment maintenance records at all times.
