Graduate Civil Engineers x 4

As we look to build a better future we are looking to bring on board 4 Graduate Civil Engineers, based from our office location in St Albans, however you will be working on projects within our Southern Region predominantly the the greater London area.

The role will include providing technical support during the construction phase and also during project close out, to ensure that a number of tasks are carried out on site with regard to Safety, Environment and Efficiency, and to assist the Site Agent and Foreman with the efficient and effective running of the site. The Civil Engineer will also plan enabling activities to ensure timely work packages for the construction teams, which are safe and line with the company procedures.

    Technical Manager

    As our new Technical Manager, you’ll be responsible for CDM Principal Designer duties whilst ensuring technical outputs meet the requirements of the Totex Delivery Process as well as meeting project affordability within timescales agreed with the project team.       Quantity Surveyor

      Our continued growth within the Anglian Water Alliance has resulted in the need for a Quantity Surveyor to be based in Norwich.
      This role involves working for the Integrated Operational Solutions (IOS) Framework for the Anglian Water AMP 7 Programme.
      You will provide commercial management for an allocated programme area of an embedded alliance contract.
      Managing a small team of commercial professionals, you will be accountable to the Senior Quantity Surveyor.

        Bid Manager

        We are entering an exciting phase within our Yorkshire Water AMP7 framework, we are collaboratively working within this framework as a joint venture with Doosan.
        Due to an expansion of work we are now looking to engage a Bid Manager for this JV.
        As our Bid Manager you will have the responsibility for overseeing the full preparation of tenders and proposals following customer enquiry and supervision of tenders assigned to the Joint Venture project teams/proposals engineers.
